Your Confirmation

By providing consent, you confirm that:

• You have access to and have read this Consent to Electronic Receipt of Consumer Disclosures;

• You have the hardware, software, and internet access necessary to receive, view, and retain documents electronically in HTML and PDF formats;

• You are able to print or electronically save the documents for future reference;

• You consent to receive all legally required notices, disclosures, acknowledgments, authorizations, and related documents electronically from OMI FINANCIAL during the loan origination and servicing process;

• You have provided your current, valid email address and agree to update us promptly if your email changes;

• You consent to use electronic signatures for your loan documentation.

What You Will Receive Electronically

OMI FINANCIAL, its affiliates, agents, and any current or future assignees or servicers of your student loan may provide the following documents (collectively, the “Materials”) electronically:

• Truth-in-Lending Act disclosures

• State-specific disclosures

• Loan agreement and promissory note for review and signature

• OMI FINANCIAL privacy policy

• Other loan-related documents, updates, and communications

These may be delivered via email or accessible through your OMI FINANCIAL online account.

Requesting Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any document at any time and at no charge by either:

• Accessing your online account or the email originally containing the Materials;

• Contacting us via phone or email (see “Contact Us” section below).

Note: Requesting a paper copy does not withdraw your consent for electronic delivery.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by:

• Emailing us at loans@omifinancial.com

If you withdraw your consent:

• Your loan processing may be delayed;

• You may forfeit certain benefits offered for agreeing to electronic delivery.

Updating Your Email Address

If your email address changes, notify us immediately by:

• Emailing loans@omifinancial.com with:

  • Your old email address

  • Your new email address

System Requirements

To receive and retain Materials electronically, you must have:

Operating Systems:

• Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista or Mac OS X

Browser (Current Versions Supported):

• Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Opera

Email Access:

• A valid, regularly monitored email account

Software:

• Adobe Acrobat Reader (current supported version)

Screen Resolution:

• Minimum 800 x 600 pixels

Hardware:

• Hard drive, flash drive, or cloud storage to save files, and/or

• A working printer to print documents

Security Settings:

• Enable per-session cookies

• If using a proxy server, enable HTTP 1.1

Note: These requirements may change. If they do, you will be notified via email and provided an opportunity to withdraw consent.

Communications from OMI FINANCIAL

Unless you withdraw consent, OMI FINANCIAL will send all communications, notices, and required disclosures related to your student loan account electronically. We reserve the right to send any documents by paper mail at our discretion.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By checking the “I have received and agree” box, you confirm that:

• You are able to access, read, print, or save this disclosure;

• You understand and agree to receive all required Materials electronically;

• You can access and retain the types of documents similar to those that will be provided;

• You acknowledge your ability and willingness to proceed electronically.
